Autumn

Its coming – the first official day of Autumn.  Even in the 90-something degree heat, and the lack of any leaf changes, I feel it coming.

I want to make chili, and have just bought a cinnamon whisk for my work desk.  It has not overpowered the weird scent of maybe mold in the air vents yet, but I feel it will shortly.

I am on a committee in my office for planning of out annual Fall Fest – so we are researching pumpkin decor and prices, and donut bobbing rules and getting ready for a costume contest.

As a misplaced Northerner – I miss the actual changes of Autumn, but am making the best of being here in the sunny South!
